Registration fees:
1. Attendee
Early Registration (prior to April 15, 2016): EUR 395
Late Registration (after April 15, 2016): EUR 495
Full registration includes:
• Workshops on Wednesday
• Welcome Reception on Wednesday
• Scientific Presentations on Thursday and Saturday
• Coffee breaks and lunch during presentations
• Networking Day incl. Lunchbox and Evening Event on Friday
• Banquet on Saturday
• 2 Day Tickets („tourist travelcard“) for the train between the Faculty of Human Kinetics at University of Lisbon and Cascais (for the two Scientific Days i.e. 28.7. and 30.7.).
2. Guest of Registered Attendee
• Adult: EUR 295
• Child (ages 10-18): EUR 150
Guest registration includes only:
• Welcome Reception on Wednesday
• Networking Day incl. Lunchbox and Evening Event on Friday
• Banquet on Saturday
Information for registration of accompanying persons: Every attendee has the opportunity to add accompanying persons (at RegOnline registration page called: group members) during the registration process. The total fees for all registrants in the group will be charged to the first person in the group. If members of the group are paying individually (for example, with different credit cards), a separate registration must be created for each.
Note: Children 5-9 must register but do not have to pay a registration fee.
3. Attendee and Guest for One Day
• Adult: EUR 150
Specific day must be selected in advance.
Important Dates:
• April 15, 2016 – Date on which early registration discount ends
• June 15, 2016 – Date after which no full refunds for cancellation of registration.
• July 18, 2016 – Advance registration deadline. All registrations after this date must be completed at the conference.
Walk-in registrations are accepted but we cannot guarantee that we will have seats or conference materials available at the conference.
