This year´s ESM Networking Day will take place in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. We plan to organize two different tour options: hiking and guided mountain biking.
Both activities will entail a certain degree of competitiveness but with room for bringing in individual preferences for levels of activity to ensure that everyone will have an enjoyable experience.

Both groups will meet at 4pm at Bar do Guincho at Guincho Beach. Here, we will meet with Klaus Reithmeier - the inventor of the famous Lederhosentraining^® in Munich - where he trains with up to 600 people every week. Klaus will entertain us for one hour. There is no limitation in age or gender or fitness, it's just fun! Please note that everybody needs to take part to achieve the free tickets for the same night. The tickets will only be distributed at the beach after Klaus' lecture on Bavarian fitness. No special dress needed, everybody will bring the bathing dress anyway.

After a full day of activities we will enjoy a nice Barbecue dinner at Bar do Guincho.
Transportation from the beach location to Cascais will be provided by bus.
